GT5 2004 Blitz ER34 D1 Spec

Here is another Blitz as rendered in GT5.

Yesterday we had this 2007 Blitz Dunlop ER34 Skyline but today's Blitz is the earlier 2004 Blitz ER34 D1 Spec. And these two Blitz tuned cars are the only two in each of GT5 and GT6.

Unfortunately, the 2004 Blitz is only a standard car in GT5 so no photo travel or high-res pictures.

Way I understand it from the GT5 description, Blitz wanted to compete in the All-Japan D1 Grand Prix, which is a major drifting competition, but for some reason they wanted to do it using a 4-door car as opposed to the sportier choices of 2-door coupes and such like. 

First, they used a regular road car but failed to achieve success. 

Next, they built this 2004 Blitz ER34 using the Nissan ER34 Skyline as a base car but modified and tuned as regards every part of it and found success. Later they had even more success with the successor car - the 2007 Blitz Dunlop ER34 Skyline.

GT6 2000 Chrysler PT Cruiser

A 2000 Chrysler PT Cruiser...

Say what you will but I'll say the Chrysler PT Cruiser is the best looking car to come out of America. End of story.

In other words, I like the styling and not just because of the retro thing.

I always make a point of buying a PT Cruiser in Grant Turismo even though it is not a Premium car in the game and requires a lot of tuning to become competitive.

GT6 2007 Mazda Roadster RS (NC)

A Mazda Roadster RS (NC).

Apparently the Mazda Roadster is just another name for the Mazda Miata.

I had to buy it to win a one-make race for Mazda Roadsters, Miatas, etc.
